1. Service
Orbela generates astrology, numerology and Chinese-zodiac reports from the birth details you enter, using deterministic calculations of planetary positions and a library of written interpretations. Reports are delivered on screen and by email. Some reports are unlocked by watching a short sponsored video or by leaving your email; Orbela Plus subscribers receive every report without that step, plus a daily reading. Orbela is a product for entertainment and self-reflection.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Orbela.
3. Plans and billing
Reading reports is free. Orbela Plus is an optional subscription billed either monthly (US$4.99 per month, R$19,90 in Brazil) or yearly (US$29.99 per year, R$119 in Brazil), charged in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked on the Plus page; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices include applicable taxes where the law requires it and may change for future periods with prior notice by email.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.
5. Acceptable use
Only enter another person's birth details with their permission. Do not use Orbela to harass, profile or make decisions about other people, and do not scrape, resell or automate access to the service. We may block access that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimer
Orbela is provided for entertainment purposes only. Reports describe tendencies and themes drawn from astrological tradition; they are not predictions, guarantees or statements of fact about you, another person or your future, and they are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice. Decisions remain yours; consult a qualified professional for matters that require one. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we may update or change reports and features without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbela and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Orbela after changes constitutes acceptance.
